Nokia E71 is probably the best and certainly the slimmest business phone on the market. Besides being the thinnest phone and have a QWERTY keyboard is actually the thinnest smartphone in existence.
Key features:
• successor of Nokia E61i
• Elegant Desing (behind the steel and metal frame)
• Dimensions: 57 * 112 * 10mm and 120 grams
• QVGA screen 2.4 “320 * 240 resolution
• Full QWERTY keyboard
• Symbian S60v3, 9.2 with Feature Pack 1
• 4 band GSM, 3G HSDPA
• WiFi, Bluetooth with A2DP and EDR
• GPS with A-GPS and preinstalled Nokia Maps
• microSD up to 8GB
• Battery 1500 mAh
• 3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash (VGA video at 22 fps)
Unfortunately that is slightly smaller than its predecessor, meaning that the screen is slightly smaller and the keyboard is a little crowded, but that does not diminish overall quality of the phone.
The front room is occupied by video call screen 2.4 “and a QWERTY keyboard and the back room only 3.2 megapixels. The left is occupied only USB connector card slot, and the right side volume keys. QWERTY keyboard is very easy to use the keys lightly and typographical errors appear very difficult. The display is well calibrated both in terms of contrast and brightness, all showing very good detail and landscape orientation that is very much help navigating the Internet.
The Nokia E71 runs on a 369 MHz processor and has 128MB of RAM. Has a very fast interface and excellent operating system moves even if it has the latest Feature Pack. In terms of connectivity, the E71 has it all: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB GPS, HSDPA and EDGE for surfing the internet and E71 using the best browser of all smartphones.
3.2 megapixel camera with autofocus and LED flash performs quite well, even if flash pictures come out a little blurry. The pictures have a maximum resolution of 2048 * 1530, a picture with around 500 kb. E71 also has an audio player video is making modest but acceptable job, but after all it is not.
The most interesting feature is the Remote Wipe that if the phone is stolen just send an SMS with a code on him and when the one who stole it will not succeed in three attempts to unlock the phone, it will automatically delete all personal data from your phone. Maybe you will not recover but at least the phone so nobody will have access to personal data.
In conclusion Nokia E71 is the best and even the slimmest business phone in the market and a worthy descendant of E61i.
